Glen is a versatile musician who plays many instruments very well, including brass, woodwinds, guitar, mandolin, percussion, keyboard, and bass. Did I miss anything? Oh yeah - he sings. Glen and Len met when Glen subbed for a Lazy Does It gig - on cornet. The musical relationship blossomed quickly. Glen asked Len to sign on as a sax sub in the Roseville Big Band, which Glen directs. In turn, Len asked Glen to join Lazy Does It as its regular trombonist. Occasionally, when Jeff Olsen is unavailable, Glen will switch to cornet, which is actually his major horn. For variety, Glen has recently added tenor sax to his bag of Lazy Does It tricks.
Glen performs in numerous groups and enjoys composing music for ensembles from woodwind quintet to trombone choir to concert band and orchestra. He also enjoys video production, both as part of a public access television crew and in less elaborate creations, such as the videos of Lazy Does It that he has posted on YouTube. His day job is being a software security architect for Unisys
