Dave Perry - drum sub
Dave has been playing jazz at a high level around here for many years, so it's a bit surprising that he had not graced Lazy Does It with his talents until August 18, 2019 at Lauderdale's "Day in the Park."
Dave has music education degrees from Mankato State (B.S.) and Southern Oregon University (M.S.) and taught in St. Paul Public Schools for 21 years. He has played percussion in virtually every type of musical group from orchestras to polka bands and at several prestigious European venues, the Kennedy Center, Carnegie Hall, and even the Chance Bar in "Nordeast" Minneapolis. In addition to Lazy Does It, his notable associations include Fredrick Fennell, Don Ellis, and Clark Terry.
